The cottage has a private entrance, with views overlooking the fields and surrounding farmland, and fully enclosed garden. Watch and listen to the wildlife - and enjoy the company of sheep, alpacas, chickens and horses. Take a walk and enjoy the tranquil countryside. In the winter, cosy up next to the toasty log burner, or enjoy the dark starry skies.

The house has been renovated to a high standard, combining modern design with period features. Sleeping up to 4, it is an ideal bolt hole for friends, couples or families with children. Our wonderfull characterful Hut is a great place to bring your Paddleboard or canoe on the River Avon. We are commited to an off grid, sustainable experience. Wild swimming ramp. Barbeque, camp fires and open air is what we are about. It is rough and it is ready. There is a Hut, a large Bell tent and a land-locked cabin cruiser all of which you may use. Cooking is on the campfire and two burner stove. Do something different this weekend!
