This home sits on 2 acres with hundreds of feet of water frontage. The home is updated with all modern features to to give you comfort but styled in a way that you feel unplugged. The property sits on a canal that is connected to fowl river, Mobile Bay and the Mississippi Sound. There is kayaks and a canoe on the property for you to explore the water ways or do some fishing. Ruff Life Beach House - Fort Morgan - Dog Friendly

The upgraded kitchen features granite counters and lots of prep area for those family vacation meals. The master bath has a soaking tub with a separate walk-in shower. Secondary suite has a King guest room with private bath. The third guest room has two bunks (twin over full). Pier is shared with our neighbor to the south, it is NOT a community pier. Enjoy the private beach, which is ideal for the kids and pups alike. There is a fenced kennel for the pups.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
