This beautifully appointed cottage oozes style and charm, with magnificent bush views of Doctors Gully. Briars Cottage is on the main road between Daylesford and Hepburn Springs and shares a large block with Kingfisher Loft & another private property. Set on 50 acres of farmland, this unique property boasts 2 large lakes with row boats - kayaks and beautiful gardens, abundance of wildlife and a serene and peaceful ambience. Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

It is perfect as a couples retreat or a small family holiday, it is private and pet friendly (small dogs only, larger dogs at owners approval)
