Mandilas House

Our lovely home is located in the village of Kastraki, 290 meters from the main square of the village. The house can host up to 6 people. It can accommodate a family or a small group of friends. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms a fully equipped kitchen and a living room (it consists of two sofas which can be turned into beds). In front of the house there is an open common area where the guests can park for free their cars (private property). The guests have access to a laundry machine.

Αυτός ο ξεχωριστός χώρος είναι κοντά σε όλα, διευκολύνοντας τον προγραμματισμό του ταξιδιού σας. Πρόκειται για πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα πρώτου ορόφου σε βενετσιάνικο κτίριο του 18ου αιώνα (έτος κατασκευής 1750 περίπου), στο οποίο μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν έως 4 άτομα. The Grand View Villa is a newly refurbished, but classic, Greek home. From the exposed beams to the classic kitchen, the decor and to the fire place, the home brings a warm, old world feel to a perfect intersection with today's comforts and luxuries. The Master Bedroom hosts it's own private bathroom, where the Guest Room provides two beds for our variety of guests. Two open air balconies side the house, and the living room presents you with a fireplace that can be used at any time.

Garitsa Penthouse

Situated in the heart of Garitsa Bay, this newly renovated penthouse on the sixth floor will meet the demands of the most demanding guest. The exclusively terrace of the penthouse, overlooking the bay is just 30 meters far from the coastline. The magnificent view over Corfu old castle, the sea and the windmill is breathtaking. The apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed, the living room with sofa bed which turns into a double bed, kitchen and Wc, everything brand new.

The recently renovated apartment (February 2017) offers a unique view of the lake from the balcony and the living room. It is located at the most beautiful and well-known point of Ioannina, next to the walls of the castle and a few steps from the pier where the boats departs to the island. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further away are the lively pedestrian streets of the old market.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.
