Mid Century Pacific Grove house on 17 Mile Drive. Just a couple blocks from the Pebble Beach gate. Great area. Close enough to walk to town restaurants & shops, Asilomar State Beach & other sites all within minutes of our home. Private yard with a deck & outdoor furniture for entertaining. Lic. # 0289 - Our City STR Permit restricts us to a max of 2 adults/1 car per reservation. Any additional guests MUST be under 18 years old. We cannot & will not make exceptions to either restriction.

A 4-hole putting green and chipping area along with an outdoor tv and appropriate seating. An open concept living room and kitchen make this a must-stay. The Sleeper: cozy private suite, entrance & bath.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Dyson heater,fan air filter, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

Living Room, 2 bedroom, 1 bath Suite

No Kitchen. Living room, 2 bedrooms and bath with shower/jacuzzi tub. Living room has 50" Smart TV, microwave, refrigerator, water dispenser, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, table & chairs, leather sofa, recliner & ottoman, and ceiling fan. Bay window overlooks the green belt. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the hummingbirds. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space, comfy queen beds, electric blankets with dual controls, lamps, ceiling fans, extra blankets & pillows.

1 mile to the beach and 3 to Cannery Row. Enjoy your Monterey Peninsula home with a backyard playground for the little ones. Our Coastal Cottage #B is nestled in the art community of Sand City's Westend. It's a bustle of industry and art which quiets down to a peaceful still in the evening. The kitchen includes a dining table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and an electric fry pan. There is no stove. We include a few snacks and coffee, dishes, glassware, silverware, bowls and cooking utensils.
