Our recently painted & renovated (Nov 2025) In-law Suite sleeps 2 in a QUEEN size bed & can add 2 adults/children in 2 cots upon request. A new folding table and chair set is available for your dining needs. We replaced the 32” TV with 58” ROKU Smart TV. Enjoy our Salt water pool & pick from our Veg garden!!

This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

We will make exceptions for extra guests. Just ask. Our property has 3 units. You have the entire 2 upper floors. 1st flr is owner occupied and cottage is also a rental. As it says common area so there will be others occupying the same 1st flr deck area. Our home is dog friendly so there will be dogs here.

We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. Our little place can be a weekend get away for 2 or we have an additional 6 person tent if in need extra space for the family for an additional 25.00 per person a night fee plus 30.00 setup fee. Visitors not allowed access to amenities.
