Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

On the edge of the New Forest, our fresh & comfortable guest house is the perfect location. It's a gentle 10 minute walk to the village where you will find a pub, quality cafe. The village of Hythe is nearby, 10 minutes to drive to picturesque Beaulieu and the Beaulieu Motor museum, bus and ferry services to Southampton. Calshot/Lepe beaches are only 5/6 miles away. With secure off road parking you couldn’t find a better spot to have fun & explore. We look forward to welcoming you!

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

A ground floor flat on the East side of the New Forest. Ideal for singles/ couples who want to explore what the local area has to offer which is the New Forest National Park and coast line. *1/3 the property has a flat roof so you can hear the rain. If you are a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs. Water tank heats overnight, so not unlimited hot water. Local attractions include; Beaulieu motor museum Bucklers Hard Calshot/ Lepe Exbury gardens
