At Last is a charming, Grade II listed, 3 bedroom house with views of the river, just a few minutes' walk to the shops, bars and restaurants of Dartmouth. The property is attractively furnished and has 2 smart TVs and WiFi. Bedrooms: 1. King size double 2. Double 3. Single + bunk beds (bedroom has low headroom on entrance - more suitable for children) Please note: there are 4 floors with steep stairs - so not ideal for toddlers or someone with mobility problems. The house sleeps 6 very comfortably with 3 double bedrooms (1x superking, 1 king size and 1 double) and a large open plan kitchen/ dining room with sofa. There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo in the utility room. The large sofa in the living room is comfortable for 6. With a beautiful little sun trap garden.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.
