Detta speciella ställe ligger nära allt, vilket gör det lätt att planera din vistelse. Det är 5 minuter gångavstånd till tågstationen Östervärn och endast 40 meter ifrån busshållplats till Malmö central. Boendet har egen ingång vilket ger er möjlighet att komma och gå som ni önskar. Fullutrustat kök och tvättmöjligheter. Resesäng för spädbarn finns.

Finns: 1 st induktionshäll, kaffebryggare, pressobryggare. Kylskåp med likvärdigt stor frys finns. Wifi ingår. Säkerhet: Utrustat med larm, möjlighet till både hel-larm men även skalskydd. Hos mig är du alltid trygg ♥️ Host bor vägg i vägg. Har hundar (3små) samt barn på halvtid. Så har du husdjur är dessa också välkomna 😻

Nice, comfortable two-room apartment near the city center within walking distance to Triangeln station and the trendy areas of Möllevången, Folkets Park and S:t Knuts torg where you will find cafés and restaurants. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a living room with a separate dinning area, a bathroom/shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. There are excellent bus connections, supermarkets and foodplaces just around the corner of the apartment.

Unwind in the tranquility of my home. Surrounded by the ocean and beautiful parks, running trails and playgrounds Västra Hamnen is the pearl of Malmö - especially during summertime. You are not far from the action with mere 6 minutes to the central station by buss (buss 5 & 8 stop just behind the building), less than 5 mins walking to the ocean, options of public parking in front of the building and a grocery store 3 min away. Don't forget to enjoy the sun from the balcony :)

Ett townhouse med tre våningar, uteplats med markis samt två takterasser. Njut av solen från terassen eller skuggan under markisen på uteplatsen. Modernt, funktionellt boende med tre sovrum. Beläget i en lugn del av BO01-området, men med endast 120 m till strandpromenaden där liv och rörelse, bad och restauranger finns.

The apartment is in the heart of Möllevången close to everything. Plenty of shops, cafés, parks and restaurants ensure the area is always alive. Very central location with only 2 min walk to public transport, bike rental etc. The apartment was renovated a few months ago, it has a new kitchen and bathroom.
