We are a perfect base to explore Winnie the Pooh country, and the many National Trust properties, walking trails, local pubs and vineyards close by. Less than an hour from London Bridge, it is an ideal country getaway; private, quiet, and with everything you need for a break.

An excellent base for walkers, cyclists, golfers and for visiting family and friends and local historic sites. It is a few minutes drive from the Bluebell Heritage Steam Railway and the beautiful Ashdown Forest for country walks.

The Cottage is a delightful property in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Situated in the village of Ardingly the property is located in the centre of the village. Guests can use one bedroom and have exclusive use of the rest of the cottage which benefits from its own private garden and patio area. The cottage is 20 minutes from Gatwick and 10 minutes from Haywards Heath Railway Station. Local attractions include the South of England Showground, Wakehurst Place & The Bluebell Railway.

The area is fully fenced around the Bothy for your dog’s safety should you wish to bring your four legged friend.
