The harbour at West Bay (setting for ITV’s drama Broadchurch) is a pleasant 10 minute walk away. The bustling historic town of Bridport is only 5 minutes by car or about 25 minutes on foot. There you will find a twice weekly street market, a variety of shops and a good choice of pubs and cafes. Both Bridport Leisure Centre and the Golf Club with driving range are nearby.

Asker lodge is an eco-friendly lodge, seconds from the Old Railway Track for a lovely 2.4 mile stroll or cycle to the Jurassic Coast at West Bay. Or walk 15 mins in the opposite direction and you're in Bridport's bustling town centre Downstairs, there's an inviting open plan kitchen & living room opening onto a sunny patio garden. It is located in the charming Conservation Village of Walditch, within walking distance of Bridport.
