My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, Girls night outs, and furry friends - with a pet cleaning fee. Vintage Splendor is a beautiful, charming historic home with all today's amenities. We are located in the Village of Douglas and are on The Historic Home Walking Tour. This large home boasts 3 formal bedrooms, 2-1/2 Bathrooms and a den that serves as a 4th bedroom. This Victorian home sleeps 10 with 6 beds (Two King, Two Queen, & a pull out Trundle.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located retreat. Located on a half acre. Recently completed a remodel; everything in this home is new. Bedroom one has a king-size bed. Bedroom two has a queen. The sofa sleeper is also a queen with a memory foam mattress. For the yoga enthusiast the side deck is the perfect space to get centered. The cottage is located in walking distance of Clearbrook Golf Course and just a short drive to Oval Beach or downtown Saugatuck.

Additionally, we offer a heated/air-conditioned she shed at the back of the property. Outside, you'll discover a fantastic yard space where you can unwind and enjoy the surroundings. We have also recently installed a brand new hot tub! Conveniently located just a short stroll away from downtown Saugatuck.

Explore the beach and trails including our 2.5 acres of woods. Then come home and enjoy a home cooked meal or sit around the campfire/fireplace, relax in the hot tub, play board games or watch Netflix etc.
