Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. The apartment is approximately 200 m away from the bus stop from which the bus number 6 will take you to the Old Town. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. Located in Ploče neighbourhood, 7-10 minutes of walking distance from the Old Town with Banje beach just down the street. All rooms have a terrace with clear views of the Old Town and sea and are also equipped with AC. The apartment offers a free private parking place. * The apartment is located in Dubrovnik’s restricted traffic zone. Access is permitted by registering the car’s licence plate in the system, therefore it is necessary for guests to message the host their licence plate number.
