Great Location! The Treetop retreat is walking distance to our vibrant downtown St Petersburg. It’s a three minute walk to the Vinoy and there is a large amount of amazing restaurants, bistros, museums, galleries, waterfront parks, trails. These are all walking and/or biking distance. We have a huge arts and culture scene, we are also a ‘foodie’ town and are becoming known for our craft beer. It's a 5 minute drive to Tropicana for baseball & 15 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico, St Pete beach.

Stay in Palmetto Park next to the Grand Central District and the Warehouse Arts district. This walkable neighborhood in St. Pete offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars and breweries. Downtown St. Pete entertainment is less than two miles away, and you can drive/rideshare to some of the best beaches in the world in 15 minutes. Tamp Int'l Airport is 30 minutes, Disney is 90 min, and Tropicana Field is 3/4 mile. This guesthouse offers an outdoor parking spot and w/d located in the garage.

Fun facts: In 2020, Historic Kenwood was named 'NEIGHBORHOOD of the YEAR as well as a DESIGNATED ARTIST's ENCLAVE. Our quadrant campaigned to limit new homes that were out of step with the Bungalow style and maintain the personality of Historic Kenwood. It was passed. Suitable for 2 adults (No infants or children) Walking distance to Central Ave. & Grand Central District. The area is filled with restaurants, bars, craft breweries, and shopping.

The Lassing House

A very beachy, cozy and charming detached house with private access and parking. It is fully furnished with a futon and open bedroom with queen bed. One block from beautiful Lassing Park on Tampa Bay. Gorgeous sunsets, amazing museums, restaurants, concerts, breweries and beaches are just minutes away! Equipped with a mini split AC, the apartment stays cool and quiet. Note that the cottage is equipped with a stove but no oven.
