The Barn

The Barn is fully self-contained accommodation 20 metres away from the main farmhouse. Wildlife abounds on this secluded 140 acre farm. You’ll wake up to the neigh of a horse, or the chatter of the cheeky King Parrots. We hope you like animals! Great place to take a break & breathe in the country air, while still being only 20min off the M1 motorway & 18min to the Grafton CBD. Fold out sofa bed available for additional guests or kiddies. Come and enjoy the peaceful space, the serenity, the bird life and mountain views on our semi rural setting of 1.5 acres in the beautiful Boambee valley. The surrounding beaches, cafes and boutiques of Sawtell and all that the Coffs Coast has to offer are conveniently on your doorstep.

Our recently built Studio has all the creature comforts you need for a weekend escape or longer. Please note we have a no pets policy. Please don’t ask for exceptions to this as refusal may cause offence.
