Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Historic 1891 Mill House 2 blocks from Downtown!

First built in 1891 as just a "place to sleep" for the men working at the local cotton and tobacco mills. Restored and enlarged in 2012 with modern amenities while maintaining the home's unique history. The original brickwork, hardwood floors, foundation, roof and most of the original exterior walls are preserved! (now as internal walls!) Pair that with gas stove, granite countertop, artisan reclaimed wood center island, modern en-suite master bedroom and large flat screen TV's.

Come get away from it all—while conveniently close to everything—at Laurel Branch Gardens, a 12-acre farm that uses organic growing practices. About 100 yards from the farm house, the cabin is a renovated tobacco barn with a sleeping loft, full kitchen, bathroom (with a shower and composting toilet), and living area. Meet the pigs and chickens. Lay in the hammock. Listen to bird calls. During June and July u-pick blueberries will be available for harvest for $3.50/lbs.
