Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway, this tiny house is part of our family compound and working horse farm. We have and many animals. Enjoy your space, knowing we are just 50 yards away should you need anything. This is a true tiny house experience. The kitchenette has everything you need. The sleep loft is accessible by a ladder and has a low ceiling. Disclaimer there is no door on the toilet, which is tucked away in the kitchen area. WiFi connection is not guaranteed.

This is a separate building with it's own private entrance offering complete privacy including an off-road parking space. The apartment is located in the desirable neighborhood of Powder Point which is a short walk or bike ride to Duxbury's 5-mile barrier beach.
