This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

Mountain home paradise 1GBPS internet, quiet home!

Amazing spot, 1 mile N of I70 but worlds away. Great view from the deck, nice private location. We are a very active outdoor couple that are more than happy to share local info, help plan... we do just about every outdoor sport there is, and are happy to give any beta we can. We also have river toys (a raft, 2 paddleboards, a duckie/ inflatable kayak, and 3 hardshell kayaks) that can be Borrowed in exchange for wine ;). Lock off basement within walking distance to Colorado river and hiking trails. Just a 20 minute drive from Glenwood Springs and 30 minute drive to Vail and Beaver Creek and a little over 1 hour from Aspen. The apartment is locked off from the main residence with private access and a fenced in backyard. Premises does have 2 parking spaces available but may accommodate a trailer or camper with notice. Pet Friendly to well behaved animals. One sofa bed, Full over Queen and Queen bed. 4 Beds total

The 'Lil' Cabin

Welcome to the cozy lil cabin where you can enjoy serene water views. The main floor of the cabin features a full kitchen, living room with king sized pull out couch, washer/dryer and bathroom. The upstairs sleeping area has a queen bed on one side of the catwalk and twin on the other. Please be aware the stairs leading to the sleeping area are steep and narrow. The cabin has an open concept layout. The lil cabin is conveniently located 5 min. from two grocery stores and 30 min. to Aspen.

Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! Reminder: This is the mountains. The entrance is well lit and shoveled but plan on dirt and snow. It comes with the territory! Lic. #006688

Cabin on Sweetwater Creek

This is a simple cabin-home is located 7 miles up from the Colorado river on Sweetwater Creek. Three more miles up the road is Sweetwater Lake and the jump off area for the White River National Forest and the Flat Tops Wilderness area. Glenwood Springs is 32 miles down creek/river. Great access to hiking, floating, biking (Glenwood Canyon) and hunting, or best yet relaxing next to a beautiful creek. Brink's Outfitters at Sweetwater Lake has horses and guides for riding.
