We’ve converted our home office and ex-teenage den into an airy, spacious studio (48sqm) providing contemporary living, sleeping and even working space in a self-contained outbuilding in the garden of our cottage. A peaceful rural location overlooking the market town of Framlingham, the Office is a 15 minute walk (3 mins drive) into the town, with its castle, church, pubs, cafes, boutiques and twice weekly market. It is an ideal base for visiting Framlingham and the Suffolk coast 25mins away.

We are 5 miles north of the historic town of Framlingham & 16 miles from Suffolk's Heritage Coast. It's a peaceful, tranquil, relaxing, quiet getaway. A holiday home made with you and your dog in mind. Relax with the log burner, blankets and a beautiful view of our farm. Drying room for your dog and large crate available. Two bedroom, two bathroom. The parking is private to enable you to come and go as you please. There are beautiful views across the fields to meadows with horses grazing. From the property there is direct access to a Public Footpath, from here you can walk for miles in almost every direction. Debenham village is about a mile away.
