The Nest is 4 mins walk from a Bike Hire and Electric scooter hire, local shops, Bars and restaurants. Bournemouth sandy beaches are about a 10 minutes bike ride and 5 mins in the car from the Nest. Private parking space, Netflix , Hot Tub, bath, Washing Machine, Cooker, Hob, Fridge, and Sofa Bed are a few of the amenities the Nest has to offer.

The Lodge Retreat is nestled at the bottom of a secluded garden pathway in the sleepy suburb of Southbourne and is a stones throw from Bournemouth’s award winning beaches. The whole of the Lodge Retreat is yours to relax and unwind and includes use of your own private hot tub. There’s plenty of free street parking and more often than not, you can get the street space directly outside of the property. The Lodge Retreat offers an easy self check in and check out service for your convenience.

Beautiful rural retreat, outskirts of Swanage

Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.

The Stables, The New Forest

The Stables is situated in the heart of the New Forest, ideal for cycling, walks, hacking, pubs and relaxing. We are 15mins drive from the beach and 20mins from Brockenhurst station The Stables offers a fabulous location for your stay. The bedroom has a luxurious super king sized bed. There is a cosy sitting room and kitchenette. I am dog and horse friendly, there is a small paddock. Dogs are welcome at an additional cost of £15 per dog per night, 2 max. Cash payment on arrival.

Although the Annexe is part of our family home, we no longer live in the house & the property is only for guests staying at the annexe. During your stay explore the Dorset coast & forests, eat delicious meals at our local restaurants & pubs, spend a relaxing evening in fully covered hot tub surrounded by festoons lights, or spend the afternoon in the garden. The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

Bay Tree Lodge is a beautiful little space set in the countryside, ideal for a peaceful getaway for two people or can accommodate up to a family of four. We are located approx. 25 minutes from Salisbury, 30 minutes to Bournemouth/Poole and 10 minutes to the New Forest. The Lodge is newly refurbished with all the facilities you should require during your stay with us. A cosy, self contained (detached) annex, with a separate bedroom and living area. Just a short 5 minute walk to the local pub (The Old Beams) or a slightly longer walk (during the day as no street lighting) around the lakes to our local farm shop and cafe (Hockeys Farm).
