It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

Comfortable space for four people can accommodate six with extra charge per person over 4. One king size bed. Two x 2’6” beds that can be made as a double on request, a 4ft pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. Travel cot/high chair available. Caravan is of Platinum standard (Park Holidays grading). The train station is just 5 minutes walk, with a similar distance to the beach. Being situated in the Laines conservation area, you will have Brighton's array of independent shops, cafe's, bars, and restaurants at your doorstep. You will also be just a few minutes walk from the Brighton Dome, Komedia, and walking distance from The Pier, Brighton Centre and i360.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a quiet get away. With a gym, queen sized bed and ensuite. A quiet residential part of South London, with a local feel; with lots of enjoyable restaurants, bars and cafes. A 15 minute walk to Forest Hill station, and a 15 minute train journey to London Bridge. You will be hosted by Imogen and Nick. We are both full time secondary school teachers. We live with our baby Vincent and cat Yogi. We look forward to welcoming you to our home.

The Old Stables, Dovecote Farm

The Old Stables is a self contained two bedroom, detached annexe with direct access to the Ashdown Forest. A perfect place to stay while discovering the Forest and all its' walks, including Pooh Sticks Bridge, Friends Clump and all the other locations in the Winnie the Pooh books. The Old Stables is self catering, with a small kitchenette with microwave, two pan hob, fridge and coffee machine. If required we are able to provide a welcome pack of essentials at an extra cost.

Annex with sunny patio, nr Oxted

2 bedroom detached Annex with secure off-road parking in the Surrey Hills AONB (area of outstanding natural beauty), yet close to the M25. 10min walk to Godstone village and its gastropubs/cafes. 15min drive to Gatwick airport. A 10min bus ride to Oxted and its restaurants, and from there a 40min train to central London. The Annex enjoys its own sunny patio, and a shared lawn and meadow (with all its wildlife!). EV charging available.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.

Small but perfect! A beautifully renovated studio apartment in the heart of Brockley. A one minute walk to the train and overground station. Coffee shops, restaurants and a pub on your doorstep. A king sized bed and black out blinds to give you a great night's sleep. From Brockley station it is 9 minutes to London Bridge, 20 minutes to Shoreditch, 30 minutes to Oxford Street and 40 minutes to Gatwick.

Lancing Beach Apartment

An apartment directly on the beach at Lancing, West Sussex, with a whole wall of glass facing the continually changing view of the sea and sky. Easy access to Brighton, Worthing & Shoreham - Trains/buses/roads. Located above the award-winning Perch on Lancing Beach restaurant - pop downstairs for an early morning breakfast or bring your coffee back to the balcony to enjoy the view.

Bright and airy self contained studio with kitchenette, set to the rear of our family home. We are only a very short walk (5 mins) from the main entrance of the All England Club (which can be seen from the property), the Wimbledon Club, Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common. The studio overlooks our mature garden & patio which guests are welcome to use and enjoy during their stay.
