Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. There is a cinema room, minstrels gallery, grand piano, walk-on glass well, open fires, warm brickwork, low beams & panoramic views. Board games, darts and ping pong, plus yoga instructor (by appointment). All around are fields & forests, magical walks and wildlife. Extra guests possible, please ask. Brand new annexe built in 2024 next to our picturesque 16th century thatched cottage. The perfect blend of quintessential English charm you would expect in Jane Austen's village, combined with all the mod cons of modern living. Fast wifi, smart TVs, power shower, central heating, full kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle - and outside seating. As well as the double bed with Emma mattress in the bedroom, the sofa doubles up as a sofa bed.
