A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or take advantage of the hammocks on the pond both with views of the surrounding garden.

Self-contained Garden Cottage nestled in the South Downs National Park. Cosy,clean & comfortable with on-site parking, wifi, microwave, air fryer, mini fridge,patio terrace with a coal BBQ & outside seating. Sited within the grounds of our family home built in 1870 & overlooking our garden. Overglen cottage lies just off the South Downs Way & Serpents Trail giving easy access to Chichester, Portsmouth, Winchester,Guildford & Goodwood. A perfect location to walk, cycle or visit a country pub.

The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Consisting of 2 king size beds, double sofa bed, open plan kitchen, dining room and living space. Open up the bi fold doors onto a large patio area with bbq, pizza oven and eating area. Situated 1 mile from the market town of Petersfield. Country walks on the doorstep and 500m from the local pub. Only 20 mins drive to the beach its a great spot for a break.

The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
