Hillside Cottage

A one-bedroom cottage that sleeps 4, nestled into the hillside at the top of the wetland. Great for birding! Located on a beautifully landscaped property walking distance to Lecount Hollow Beach. The bedroom has a queen bed and there is a queen and a single sleep sofa in the finished basement. There is also a studio apartment available on the premises that sleeps two. The listing name is "Comfortable Studio Apartment".(Pets are allowed in the studio appartment)

The Sea Captain's Carriage House

The 1840s Carriage House has been beautifully remodeled. The first floor has a living room, dining area, kitchen, and powder room with washer/dryer. The backyard deck has seating for four and a Weber gas grill. Upstairs, the large, elegant bedroom features a king-sized bed, sitting area, reading nook/twin bed, writing desk, and ensuite bathroom with shower. The half acre property offers beautiful gardens for you to enjoy and a delicious outdoor shower.

Please note, from June 13 to September 6 we have a 7 night minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

Our Cottage sits directly on White Pond tucked away on acres of private property. Our cottage offers a private beach, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor dining area all while enjoying Cape Cod. White Pond is ideal for swimming, boating and fishing. The bike path and well known beaches are less than 2 miles and near to many delicious restaurants. There is another cottage on this property that sleeps four if you have other guest wanting to join

Barn Cottage on Minister Pond

Newly renovated cozy heated Barn Cottage (not attached to house- privacy!) on Minister Pond with dock access to canoe/ new queen size bed/equipped kitchen/large deck overlooking pond/gas grill/private yard/2 minutes to ocean or bay beaches and bike trail in National Seashore/ many local attractions, and restaurants! The salt pond, bike path, and freshwater ponds are also moments away!
