Custom built home with beautiful backyard views of Morning Glory Farm’s produce fields. The home features 4 bedrooms including 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a twin trundle bed and an additional pull-out couch in a common area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials and perfect for preparing a meal for a large group. Located 1.5 miles from downtown Edgartown and a 10 minute drive to nearby beaches. Other towns such as Oak Bluffs or Vineyard Haven are a short 12 minute drive away.

Vineyard Haven Walk to Ferry

I love this neighborhood! It is quiet, peaceful, and only a short walk to either Tashmoo Beach or downtown Vineyard Haven and the ferry. The house has plenty of outdoor space with it's own wood fired pizza oven, fire pit, and decks. There are nice seating areas near the fire pit, on the lower deck and on the upper deck. Walk through the backyard, down a dirt road and be at the water in five minutes. Beach towels included! Plenty of sliding glass doors and LOTS of light. Vitamix included!

Our guest suite is a separate wing on the main house. It is separated by a locked door. You have your own separate private entrance. You must come into the backyard of the main house. Look for the arbor with BAIRD written on top. These is an extra charge for any guests after the first 2 guests.,$150 per guest per night. Our guest suite is not suitable for children. We do not allow pets. If you were bringing a car please let us know in advance so we can make parking arrangements
