Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

Thursford, which hosts the Christmas Spectacular is 7 miles from Holt.

2 bedroom cottage in rural North Norfolk. Well behaved dogs welcome (secure garden). 20 minutes to the beach. Near Holt, Cromer, Aylsham and Sheringham. Please note this is a small cottage with low doorways, and tight, winding stairs and an open landing. The cottage is unsuitable for guests with infants or toddlers. Type 2 EV charger available on request for guests' use (charged separately) The nearest pub and restaurant is in the next village and only a short drive away.

Railway Cottage, Holt - garden, accessible annex

Retaining bags of character with stripped wooden floors, squashy sofas and large comfortable beds. The main house features a sunny sitting room with comfy sofas, big TV and open fire. The family room is open plan incorporating the kitchen (with an Aga), dining area and squishy sofas with a TV. Cart Lodge is a beautiful barn conversion situated in North Norfolk. Conveniently close to the town of Holt and only 6 miles from the Coast. Cart Lodge comfortably sleeps 10 and has a very sociable living space great for a get together with friends and family. Book with us during the winter months, October 2025 to March 2026 and the hot tub is included. The Hot tub is bookable as an extra cost at all other times.
