Beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens very close by . Modern art galleries 10/15 min walk which both have lovely coffee shop/ restaurants . Guests will have full access to the entire property and small patio area outside patio doors in flat . Great for coffee or glass of wine of which both are supplied.
