Sandpiper Dream - Walk To The Beach + Pool Access!

4 bedroom, 3 bath coastal cottage in gated resort community, just a few blocks to the ocean. This cottage is tucked among mature coastal foliage at the end of a private cul-de-sac. Low country rocking porch on entrance, screen porch and two sundecks on rear that are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the wildlife and foliage. Hardwood floors throughout, cathedral ceiling in living room, smooth ceilings and upscale appliances with TVs in every bedroom. .4 miles - nearest beach access (21 or 22)

Secluded, Spacious Edisto Beach Walk Home "Chaika"

The Chaika is a lovely house on a secluded lot at the end of a street with no other house adjacent and no thru traffic. Beautiful live oak in front gives a nice view out the glassed-in porch. Only a short 5-minute walk to the beach on a rarely-used sandy drive. 5-minute drive to St. Helena sound for calmer waters and great beach combing. Chaika means "seagull" in Russian - read the owner bio for info on why that name. A great house for families and friends to connect! And we are pet friendly.

View both sunrises and sunsets on this end of island. 9 blocks from the vibrant , eclectic center of town is where you'll find local cafes, restaurants, stores, bars and the pier.

Two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, a private bath and a TV in each bedroom. Open space living and dining area join a fully stocked kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. This 2 bedroom home in the heart of Park Circle has just undergone a full renovation. It is conveniently located. 10-15 min drive to downtown Charleston. It is a short walk to all the Park Circle restaurants, breweries, parks, bars, and more. Holy City Brewery, Firefly Distillery, and Riverfront park are right by the house. To enjoy the beach head about 25-35 min to Sullivans Island, Isle of Palms or Folly Beach. Please note there is a train track behind backyard fence.
