Buddy's Cottage near everything in Beaufort, SC

Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. This well kept tiny home is adjacent to our main home and is private. It has 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat? Come stay with us , we have room for your boat. You can flush your engine and rinse your boat down.

This newly built carriage house is separate from the main house. The cottage is about 1,200 sqft so it very open and spacious and great views of marsh and our tidal creek. We have a separate work area with desk and a massive dinning table if you need more room to work or to gather with friends. Full kitchen, washer and dryer, massive shower, the list goes on. “Tiny house” nestled on beautiful farm

We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!

The Rooney Bin at Edisto

Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks just opened! SLEEPS EIGHT. Check the calendar! Small pets allowed with fee. 3BR+Loft / 2.5 Bath -one block from our lovely beach access. The Rooney Bin has a spacious floor plan to all the extras that will make a lovely reminder that you are at the beach. There is a picnic area under the house with a picnic table, fan, rocking chairs and two swings to enjoy. Minimum age for renter: 25 ALL LINENS INCLUDED.
