Serene studio apartment, stand alone structure in a beautiful ponderosa pine forest. This quiet apartment has a king sized bed, full bath with bathtub, a kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, mini fridge, sink, dishes etc. There is a desk/ dedicated work space and Wifi. A TV, love seat and coffee table. A private neighborhood walking trail one block away that goes to a pond. Free on site parking. Coded door entry. Provided toiletries and snacks. And sunset view.

A-Frame Country Cabin

A-frame cabin is situated on a 5-acre rural property just beyond the city limits - it is a detached mother-in-law suite, located 200 ft from our main residence. The cabin includes a loft w/a queen-sized bed, a single pullout couch, & a mini kitchen. It faces eastward, away from the mountains. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful countryside retreat, note that access to the bedroom is via a spiral staircase, and the property is serviced by well water. Owner maintained & operated.

Downtown cottage, AC, W/D, patio, sleeps 4!

Super close to downtown Colorado Springs, Memorial Park and many other amenities the Springs has to offer. Complete stand alone cottage with parking and separate full fenced yard with a large patio. Built in 2019, the cottage is super well insulated, quiet and cozy. TV on main level and a TV upstairs. Air conditioning and everything you need for a comfortable stay except for a full size oven. We have a cooktop and counter top oven but not a full size oven.

This quiet home is just a few minutes walk from trails into the beautiful Garden of the Gods park, and a short drive from Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Pikes Peak, and other nearby attractions. The charming cottage was built in 1926 and is a sunny and cozy home base for anyone exploring the area. We recently made upgrades to appliances, furniture, and wifi based off feedback from our guests. Come and enjoy everything that Colorado Springs has to offer.

Totally Private Gorgeous Suite 800sqft

This suite is totally private (no shared spaces) and can sleep up to 4, includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath, a living room, dining area and a back patio with Cheyenne Mountain view. A kitchenette (counter top, cabinets and a sink) is built, and ready for use. The spacious bedroom has a queen sized Tempur-Pedic mattress with an adjustable base with a massage feature. The living room has a sofa bed with memory foam mattress, a 55" smart TV with streaming services.

Rustic and eco-friendly this studio guesthouse overlooks the quaint town of Palmer Lake. Within walking distance of all sorts of outdoor recreation and wonderful restaurants. We're a short driving distance from Colorado Springs and the US Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak region. Located in the peaceful Bonnyville neighborhood, you will be close to shopping, dining, brew pubs, parks, trails, and a PikeRide electric bike hub. The kitchen is well equipped, and has a few basic staples, including coffee. There is a grocery store just two blocks away.
