Penitent Canyon, La Garita, hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, 4wheeling, ATV trails, snowmobiling, skiing (Wolf Creek is 50 min drive). It has a canal running by in the summer. Welcome to the Adventure Haus- a two bedroom, two bath cabin located just outside of South Fork close to ATV trails, the Rio Grande River, and Wolf Creek Ski Area. This cabin has been designed to be your basecamp for adventure. Between the 4 decks attached to the cabin, log porch swing, and fire pit area with Adirondack Chairs, you will have no trouble finding a proper place to relax. You will also have access to the detached garage to safely store your gear out of the elements.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Easy travel within an hour to the Great Sand Dunes, hot spring pools, hiking, off roading, skiing and hunting. Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge within 8 miles. Off street parking allows room for recreational vehicle parking as well. This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Newly built. Quiet place in the country. Spacious parking. Minutes from town, UTV riding, fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling. Pets welcome. RV Hook up available. Fun fact about this building is that it is a barndominium. The metal part came from Summitville. The old gold mine by South Fork, It was the shop that was up there. It was taken down and we reassembled the metal part and built this.

With roughly 70 acres of wide open fields, and nearly a 1/4 mile of river front property, the views do not disappoint. Headwater Hideout

Beautiful working ranch in south central Colorado with gorgeous mountain and ranch views. This is an old farmhouse that has been renovated several times over the years so there are some quirks. The middle bedroom has no access to a bathroom unless they are walking through one of the other bedrooms. You can choose the wood burning fireplace or furnace to heat your space. Excellent fiber optic WiFi.
