We are within walking distance to the Skerwink Trail, Port Rexton Brewery, Two Whales Cafe and Fisher's Loft. Our location is perfect for exploring and discovering all the Bonavista Peninsula has to offer including hiking trails, boat tours, puffin viewing and amazing breathtaking scenery.

Yourte Belle Étoile

À 5 minutes de marche, nos yourtes offrent la plus belle vue sur le fjord du Saguenay, très luxueuses, elles sont équipées de four et frigo au propane, électricité à l'énergie solaire, eau chaude 22 litres à l'heure et douche( en été ) et l’eau est fournis en hiver . La literie est fournie ainsi que tout l'équipement pour cuisiner. La yourte est munie de toilette à réservoir, vous trouverez aussi des cabinets à fosse sèche à l'extérieur. Glamping at its finest! This 16’ Yurt is tucked into the woods at Northwoods Resort. Just across the street from AuTrain Lake w/ full beach access. The yurt has 1 queen canopy bed, a cot under the bed for addn sleeping, cable tv, small refrigerator, microwave, keurig coffee maker, small charcoal grill, bonfire pit and chairs! The 1/2 bathroom is located just a short walk away in the laundry room for the resort as well as an outdoor shower. Also shared beach,dock, boat,canoe,kayak rental for use!

This yurt is “glampy” inside with leather chairs and a substantial log bed. The yurt has a rusticator kitchen with all of the basics for cooking: fridge, stovetop, sink, water, firepit & firewood. Outdoor shower. WiFi . Cozy heater for cool spring nights. Ferry options on Casco Bay Lines or CTC Ferry. Host provides transport to/from ferry to the yurt.

The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. Spend a starry night in the country with the comfort of a soft bed, a wood stove, and plenty of space both indoors and out. Our yurt is located in a pocket of trees next to rolling farm fields and beautiful conservation land that the Rocklyn creek meanders through. You can prepare your meals in a sweet outdoor kitchen that is entirely screened in- or choose to sit by the fire. Bruce Trail access is just around the corner, and the towns of Meaford and Owen Sound are a short scenic drive away.

Welcome to Trekker in Lake George, New York at the base of the Adirondack Park. When staying at our unique resort you will not only experience and see many different types of rentals like treehouses, yurts, earth homes, and cabins but you can explore our wildflower fields, play with our goats and chickens, and observe our honeybee hives. While the seasons and nature provide, take home some honey from our hives, eggs from our coops and fresh maple syrup from ours and other local farms.

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Silver Moon at The Appleton Retreat is quite private, check out the Trail Map. This contemporary yurt features a private therapeutic hot tub on the wrap around deck, a fire pit, and fast wifi. Silver Moon is located in a wooded area close to a bog that attracts a variety of wildlife. The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting six unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1300 acre reserve.
