Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 22min walking. Το μικρό σπίτι βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του ιστορικού οικισμού της παλαιάς Νικήτης δίπλα ακριβώς από το Χοροστάσι, τον χώρο όπου γίνονταν οι γιορτές και τα πανηγύρια του παραδοσιακού χωριού.Το σπίτι, είναι δομημένο με την παραδοσιακή αρχιτεκτονική του τόπου, φτιαγμένο με τα υλικά της πέτρας και του ξύλου. Εδώ μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την ηρεμία του παλαιού χωριού και την ομορφιά της αυλής του . Η διαμονή σας έτσι γίνεται ένα ευχάριστο ταξίδι στον χρόνο, προσφέροντας μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία διακοπών!!

House with garden and access to sea and mountain

My place is on a slope planted with olive trees and pines and a nice view to small capes, Kassandra and mount Olympos. There is a proximate access to the road that connects village Nikiti with village Marmaras. The building is consisted of two separate houses (both of them are for booking) and it has an extended, planted and safe garden. The house is suitable for a couple or family of three. It's 400 m away from the beach Elia, 2 km from Kalogria. Access to nature beauty through a footpath.

The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays.
