The home is located directly on West Grand Traverse Bay. It has 3 bedrooms, and will sleep 6 comfortably. The expansive deck has breathtaking views of power island. It has ample outdoor patio furniture and a fireable to create ambiance. Below is an amazing beachfront entertainment area with 2 TV's, an outdoor bathroom.

West Bay Getaway - Family gathering space

Come stay in a our spacious home just north of Traverse City on the famous M-22. This beautiful home is across the street from the bay and minutes away from downtown Traverse City. The house has high speed Wifi and cable with two televisions. There are two functioning, well-stocked kitchens and plenty of room to spread out. We are located 5 miles NW of downtown Traverse City, nestled in the middle of wine country (the closest winery is 4 minutes away (Brengman Brothers), the TART trail is a block away, we are just minutes from Grand Traverse Bay Beaches, and about 25 minutes to Fishtown or Sleeping Bear Dunes.

You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, Very quiet and peaceful but still very close to downtown. Tart bike trail is across the drive. By bike on the paved bike trail Downtown is 4 miles, and to beautiful Suttons bay is 12 miles. Amazing babbling Creek in the back yard with a fire pit that includes fire wood.

My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.
