Your room and courtyard is attached to the garage but private and separate from our home next to it. Only .3 of a mile to the boat ramp, Zolas, Fat Irish, Hwy 101 and Port of Brookings boardwalk. Queen bed, private toilet and shower. Room is 215sq ft, please note the coffee maker, fridge is in the bathroom area, please only book if you’re ok with this. Park right outside your room. Thx

Modern Cabin in the Redwood Rainforest

Visit us at our redwood homestead to experience modern country living. Our cabin is nestled between tall groves on an acre of land just outside of town. We have chickens, a koi pond, fruit trees, and are surrounded by an abundance of wildlife. Both the National Park and ocean are less then a 10 minute drive away, making this the ideal spot to recharge in between adventures. If you love the idea of unplugging to enjoy the wilderness in all its natural glory, consider this unique getaway!

Gayle's Garden Cottage

A tiny house cottage set in a garden amongst the redwoods, surrounded by rhodies, maples, birch and apple trees. Beautiful in all seasons. The cottage is foam insulated and thus very quiet for a good night's sleep. I use fragrance free detergent on linens. The queen bed (3 layers of high density memory foam mattresses) is in a loft, accessible by an angled loft ladder with handhold cutouts (not suitable for infants or children). Nema 14-50 plug available.

The Bigfoot Bungalow

This home sits on 1 acre within a quiet neighborhood. Lots of sunshine fills this property and is great for a family getaway. If you want to be centrally located this is the home for you. The beaches, Redwood forest trails, and grocery stores are within a five-mile radius. This home is a guesthouse that sits about 50 feet off the back of the main house. There is currently a shared yard that is not fully fenced.

Fern Hook Vacation Cabins are located nearby Jedidiah Smith State Park in the tiny hamlet of Hiouchi, California. Indulge yourself in a private setting of magnificent redwoods carpeted with ferns. Our newly constructed cabins with full kitchens will provide deluxe accommodations while you enjoy this natural wonderland. We are pet friendly, but require a 30$ per pet fee, for each reservation.
