Make memories at this unique and beautiful house in the heart of Midtown Houston! This home features a large private pool situated on an oversized lot in a great area of Houston. You get the convenience of the Midtown location with the space of a suburban home. Midtown is one of the BEST areas to stay in Houston if you want to see all the city has to offer. You can easily get to the NRG/Rodeo via the Lightrail Station, which is a 9 min walk. Avoid limited parking or traffic with Ubers/taxi!

PH2 - Montrose Pool House with Pool & Soothing Spa

This Space is one of the two pool house suites that sits behind the main house (which can also be an additional Airbnb space or my residence), this is the upper unit. All three spaces share the luxurious back yard, spa and pool. Guest are limited to keep up with covid restrictions and to help ensure the chill vibe the space creates. No parties/events are hosted here and the only way to have the pool & spa privately, is to rent the entire compound. This is help ensure everyone can enjoy
