Best local bakery & Thai food is minutes away. * IF YOU'RE TALL, this suite might not be for you! 100-year-old beams were retained that in places take the height to 1.75m (5'10"). * This is a chemical & SCENT-FREE home. Please agree to our HOUSE RULES before booking. We are LBGTQ+ supporters and a skin-colour- & belief-inclusive household.

Cozy Studio Suite

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally located studio. The suite is a block away from the Gorge inlet and located close to bus routes heading in all directions. With it's own entrance, bathroom and kitchenette, the suite is on the ground floor and secluded from the rest of the house. The George inlet is one block away and makes for a lovely walk any time of day. We are a family with a 5 year old on the 2nd floor! While the sound transfer isn't bad, it's something to keep in mind ;)

TV with Apps like netflix. Comfortable queen size bed. Great location! Close to downtown-5 min by car, 15 min by bike, easy transit a block away. Short walk to amenities, beaches/parks and a waterfront board walk.

The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (Provincial Registration # H420984100. Municipal Licence # 5533.) A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

Please note that we do have two small kiddos so you may hear footsteps above at times ;)
