Architecturally designed and newly constructed, the Gate House boasts a loft king bedroom, plus a fully equipped downstairs bathroom and kitchen/living area with a coffee machine, cooking facilities, TV, fireplace and BBQ.

“The Shed” Fully self contained with 2 bedrooms

The shed is a converted garage. It is along side our home. We are 6 kms from the town limits of Mudgee. Important things to note: The shed shares a house yard with us and our 3 dogs are in the yard. They are very friendly but do bark. The shed has 2 small bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed the other with a double bed. There is a shower that is accessed by getting in the bath. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. PLEASE NOTE YOU HAVE TO STEP IN THE BATH TO SHOWER AS PER PHOTO
