It can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. The private balcony offers a stunning view of the sea.

Restaurants, bars, shops, are all accessible and if you want a peaceful night, you can enjoy a drink at your balcony. The house is fully restored in every aspect with exceptional materials. New kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms. It’s the perfect place for a family to spend their vacation days.

Flat in traditional stonehouse

Das traditionelle Steinhaus grenzt an einer Seite an die natürliche Felswand. Das Bad ist ganz in den Fels hinein gebaut. Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Αρμενιστη σε σημείο που επιτρέπει την γρήγορη πρόσβαση απόστασης 2-5 λεπτών από σημεία αγορών όπως: σούπερ μάρκετ, είδη σουβενίρ κ.α. Επιπλέον, σε χώρους εστίασης και αναψυχής όπως: μπάρ, καφετέριες, ζαχαροπλαστεία κ.α. Η παραλία του Αρμενιστη βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια και η παραλία Λιβάδι περίπου 10 λεπτά.
