Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Our homely 4-bedroom semi detached cottage is tastefully finished, it sleeps up to 6 guests, 2 bathrooms. It`s extremely green with its ground source heating, sits in the grounds of Orchard Cottage/Orchard Nursery with a paddock and a small terrace garden. A large open plan living-dining-kitchen area makes it an ideal retreat for a family or group of friends. Discover it in the historic part of the village near to St James The Great Church, Stratford upon Avon & The Cotswolds are nearby.

Our family Cottage is my favourite space to chill and relax. Its a cosy grade II listed 17th century cottage, full of original charm and character. We have a quaint country cottage garden which offers an additional peaceful space. Nestled in the beautiful village of Cropthorne, it sits on the edge of the Cotswolds. There are several village pubs to visit and local farm shops to explore and if you want a trip out to our larger towns or cities we are the perfect location for a short trip away.

Rosemary Cottage is a charming Grade II Listed 17th-century Cotswold stone cottage in the heart of Bibury, “the most beautiful village in England.” Just a 2-min walk to Arlington Row and close to the tranquil River Coln, it blends original features like exposed beams with modern comforts. Featuring two cozy bedrooms, a real fire and off-street parking. Ideally situated for wedding venues, countryside walks and with the Swan Inn pub less than 5 min walk - it’s the perfect countryside retreat.

Deluxe Coach House at Bretforton Manor with pool

The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Quiet Edwardian era House, Painswick

Welcome to our family owned Edwardian era house situated in Painswick. Renovated with hosting in mind, we'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay. Situated just off the Cotswold Way national trail, it's the perfect pit-stop for keen walkers (or runners!). If sight seeing is more your thing, the popular 18th Century Rococo Garden is just a 5 minute walk away. Ideally located for travel to Stroud, Cheltenham, Cirencester and Gloucester all within a 20 min drive.

Beautiful Cotswold Stone Cottage

Situated close to the Cotswold Way and the Gloucestershire Way footpaths, Close Cottage (the earliest building in Coberley circa 1550) really is in the heart of the Cotswold Hills. The self contained property comprises: two double bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, shower room and a cosy lounge with wood burner. The traditional Cotswold stone cottage overlooks picturesque countryside and is situated within ten minutes drive from the beautiful and popular spa town of Cheltenham.

Gorgeous Cottage 2 minute stroll to Campden centre

Perton Cottage is a beautiful grade II listed period cottage just two minutes stroll to the centre of historic Chipping Campden with all its pubs, restaurants and shops. It's the perfect base to explore all the beautiful villages of the Cotswolds. Ideal for couples, family of four or friends as both bedrooms have their own bathroom. Pretty cottage garden for fine weather and a toasty open fire for the winter. Well behaved dogs considered. Free parking on the road outside.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

Gras Lodge

Large wooden grey gates swing open to reveal a wide gravel driveway in the foreground is Gras Lodge which offers views over to the hills of the Cotswolds. The Lodge has 2 bedrooms, the 2nd bedroom is a twin room but can be made up to a superking upon request (This must be requested when booking). The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay. Guests are free to walk around the land (map supplied) through wildflowers, grass and enjoy any wildlife that you may see.

Campion Cottage - a classic Cotswold Cottage

Campion Cottage is a charming holiday cottage available to rent all year round. Dating back to the mid-1800s, it is located in the stunningly picturesque Cotswold village of Willersey adjacent to Broadway. This bijou stone-built cottage sleeps 4 adults. Jack's House - Countryside retreat

Unwind at this peaceful countryside retreat, named after the family horse who was stabled here. Located on a working organic farm, Jack's House has been lovingly restored with underfloor heating, high-beamed ceilings and bi-fold doors, for a modern yet charming feel. Fitted with everything you need to switch off, relax and enjoy the stunning Worcestershire views that reach as far as the Malvern Hills, the perfect backdrop for any escape.
