Our AirBnB in-the-woods includes a beautiful Yoga Dome, where I offer classes for couples, families and groups of up to six guests. The space is toasty-warm, even in Winter. (see photos in our listing, "Welcome to the Octagon.")
Our morning sessions are typically an hour and a half before breakfast, but you can also book preferred times. I interview each participant for their objectives and special needs and screen for medical contra-indications and precautions.
My restorative yoga approach is informal, gentle, self-paced and fun. We use music, props, and body toys. Each session starts and ends in stillness, with ample time for recovery, questions, feedback and sharing.
My interest in yoga and self-healing is personal and life-long. My first book ("Self-Actuated Healing - The Alternative to Doctors and Drugs is Within You.") recounts my early quest and discoveries. Over the years, I have been able to convey my passion and conviction to hundreds of students in a wide range of settings, from living room classes to national conferences, pre-schoolers to the elderly. Many of my early students have gone on to become accomplish yoga instructors on their own.

Donde estarás

Classes take place in our special attached Yoga Dome, intentionally designed as a healing and meditative environment, including the lilac-toned walls. Some guests have requested to sleep in the all-embracing geodesic space. (see photos).
