There is a private decking area, overlooking our private woodland and private car park for 2 cars. It is all on one level, apart from one small step from the kitchen into the lounge. It's 15 mins to the hilltop town of Rye, and 20 mins to Camber Sands and Winchelsea beaches too - both wonderful places for a stroll, especially as the sun is setting. There are fabulous walks right from our door, too.
