Constructed in 2025, everything is brand-new at Casa Colina, including the flooring, appliances, and furniture. The Wildwood Cabin is nestled in a Bosque of cottonwoods on the banks of the Animas river. The “Wildwood cabin” was built in 2012 at the rivers edge of our small farm as a guest house. Enjoy the use of our park to fish from the river bank, picnic or just enjoy the river during your stay at the cabin.

Four Corners Cottage

This sweet little cottage is the perfect little place to stop and relax. If your on a extended work trip or a southwestern adventure this place will be a cozy comfortable place to prop up your feet and rest your head in the four corners. We have weekly and monthly discounts and a flat $55 cleaning fee. all we ask is that you treat it like its your own home and double check for personal items when your leave.

Owner is not liable for any incidents regarding use of in-ground trampoline, pool or hot tub. Pool will be open Memorial Day-Labor Day (summer only). Hot tub is open Labor Day-Memorial Day (winter only).

There is much to explore just by doing day trips. The San Juan River boasts of the best fly fishing, and Navajo Dam is one of the biggest lakes in NM stretching into Colorado.
