I welcome people of all backgrounds into my 2 bedroom 2 bath home in South Boulder. The guest space is the entire first floor. I use the guest floor as a gallery for my art work, and I hope you will come and enjoy it. There are a lot of comfortable spaces to hang out, with an eclectic array of furniture. This contemporarily designed and furnished suite (4 rooms) is filled with daylight and has its own dedicated internet service. Our home, located at the foot of the flatirons, is close to historic Chautauqua Park and multiple hiking & bike trails, the University of Colorado, and downtown.

Central Boulder Garden Suite

The space has its own bathroom, access to food prep, bedroom, and living room. It is about 900 sqft, and basement level. Queen bed is in the bedroom, (air mattress available.) The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.

Suite Close to CU, East Labs & Town

Small, quaint, 2 bedroom private entrance suite. Your private side of Ranch House. Walking distance to CU and East Campus/Labs. In a quiet neighborhood, wooded lot near creek and bike trails. Enjoy, coffee, and tea in your suite. My suite can sleep 2 easily, 3 if okay with compact space. This is an older house with some amenities for your comfort, but not a modern Townhouse.
