Lake is electric motors only. (2 pet max)Dogs allowed (aggressive breed dogs not allowed, all dogs must be leashed, no cats allowed). Short drive to Frankenmuth approx 40 mins.

This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.

We have a “sweet retreat” home on 5 acres, surrounded by woods, creating a secluded haven -yet only 10 minutes from Lapeer. You will have a 1-bedroom suite with a private entrance and fully stocked kitchen. Come and make yourself at home! A long driveway through the woods, takes you into a clearing, where you can experience the great outdoors year-round. It is park-like with lots of wildlife. This includes 1BR, 1BA, 1 LR with private access, and WiFi. Parking is included. Patio access is also included.
