Wainford Mill House is a stunning, spacious riverside house, which is part of a large former maltings/watermill building just outside Bungay. The house sleeps 12+2 people. You will have access to riverside gardens, a small boat and a wood-fired pizza oven. There is also a wood-fired sauna cabin on an adjacent plot called the Secret Sauna (book a slot early to avoid disappointment-details on request). We have also recently opened a speciality coffeeshop opposite, open Thurs/Fridays and weekends.

We have private river access for fishing from our garden, scenic walks and cycle rides from the door step, & excellent local pub within 15 min walk. The Little Barn, a 16th Century hideaway artistically restored, by a Suffolk artist. With no through traffic and no light pollution, silent evenings and clear night skies. Topcroft is a sleepy village beside the Waveney valley and 25 minutes from the medieval city of Norwich. You'll love this rural location. A large modern kitchen and a real woodburner in the large sitting room. A private patio outside with fairy lights at night, a bbq, firepit and private garden at the back of the property.

Self-contained accommodation overlooking the river Waveney with full kitchen, dining and lounge area (including reclining sofa, smart TV and wifi), upstairs is a double bedroom with en-suite.
