Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools, agates & beachcombing. Our cottage is just steps from beautiful Siltcoos Lake, about a mile from the beach, and only minutes from the shops and restaurants of Florence’s historic Old Town. Whether you’re here to relax by the water, explore the coast, or enjoy local dining and attractions, our location makes it easy. Come unwind, recharge, and make yourself at home!

Bonsai Beach Cottage - Oceanfront

Just remodeled for a more spacious 400 Square feet , with two gravity recliners and a comfy queen bed and private bathroom and light eating area. We are located on a full half acre. We live in the main house and the studio is in the front of our house, not on ocean side, a View of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen window , there’s a private courtyard that takes you to the ocean. Please do not bring any cooking devices as this is not allowed, A 110 plug is there for EV chargers.

This home is a short 7-minute walk to Old Town Florence with dining, bars, shops, and Port of Siuslaw. It's ranch-style, riverfront, and has gorgeous views of the river, dunes, and sunsets. The beautiful bridge is front and center from the river beach behind the property. Activities like golf, dune buggies, hiking, sightseeing and a casino, are a short drive away, and Heceta Beach is just up the road. Or relax on the deck and watch the wildlife and boats go by!

Hunt for agates on the smelt sand beach and explore the tide pools just in front of the house, walk down the nearby 804 trail to an 8-mile sandy beach, or head to nearby Cape Perpetual for a hike.

The Carriage House at Dragons Cove

Under a spell of centuries of wind and waves, Cape Perpetua awaits. Here you'll find The Carriage House, an enchanted cottage with views of tiny Dragons Cove, Laughing Gull Island, and the majestic Perpetua headland, highest point on the Oregon coast. It's hard to imagine a more pristine oceanfront setting. Two dozen harbor seals congregate and birth their young on the island.

Beautiful Ocean Front small house cottage with deck is the perfect peaceful getaway for amazing sunsets or watching the mysterious fog of the ocean. Onsite stairway access down to the beach below. Stairs were closed for many months for repair and back open.
