Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Cozy Big Studio by Lake Loveland

Unique large studio on garden level with wood burning stove. The wood burning stove faces the comfortable queen bed. Cozy loveseat with ottoman, full of blankets, in front of a smart TV. Enter your account details to be able to watch it. It has a 3/4 bathroom (stand up shower) with all linens provided. Work desk and chair. Dining table for two next to the kitchen. Coffee and tea are provided. Long stays encouraged, dates are only blocked for possible long-term renters. 1 hour drive to RMNP.

The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. Whether you came for the Old Town experience, hiking in the fresh mountain air, hopping around our world class breweries, or hitting the slopes, we hope you find as much to love about our city as we do.

In a recently remodeled historic carriage house on the back of our property, the Treehouse studio apartment is conveniently located a few blocks from Colorado State University. We are walking distance to campus shops, downtown FC, bike paths, parks and open space. You’ll love the open layout, abundance of natural light and feeling of comfy seclusion in a quiet neighborhood. Two friendly dogs and a few silly chickens are occasionally free in the yard.

Old Town Fort Collins detached / private guest house. This modern sunny and clean guest house/studio is above the owner's detached garage. It has a private entrance and oversized deck. Located in Old Town Fort Collins on Plum Street, one block from Colorado State University, and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. This is a brand-new carriage house. It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
