Pond View Four Elms New ground floor flat

Pond View is located in centre of Four Elms village overlooking the village pond. With parking on the forecourt, it has been furnished to give that “home from home” feel. Guests, in between houses or from overseas looking for longer stays have always enjoyed their stay. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms provides good family accommodation and the dish washer and washer dryer to make life easy. The Wi-Fi is excellent for computers games and phones. Sweet farm cottage, Ide Hill, Hever, Edenbridge

Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

Sit out and enjoy a drink and watch impressive sunsets and a wide variety of wildlife. There are two excellent pubs within walking distance and many eateries are just a short drive. Easy walking distance from Hever Castle, Chiddingstone Castle and Hever train station (0.7 miles). The Piggery offers a perfect space from which to explore the rich local area

Charming barn conversion in the Kent countryside

Barneta is the annex of a converted barn and is set in an idyllic spot on a sheep farm in the heart of the Kentish countryside but only 10 minutes drive from Hildenborough train station with trains to London and the South Coast. All the amenities of Royal Tunbridge Wells are 20 minutes drive away. It is an excellent base for walking and there are many places of interest to discover such as Penshurst Place, Chiddingstone and Hever Castles with fantastic local pubs along the routes.

You'll love this unique, secluded space. We are on the doorsteps of Winston Churchill home (Chartwell), Penshurst place, Hever Castle, Chiddingstone and Emments Gardens. The local area is abundant with beautiful surrounding villages, such as Westerham, Oxted and Tunbridge Wells, with restaurants, bars and old traditional country pubs. There is a wealth of things to keep you busy in the local area, or simply enjoy the hut’s amenities making for a perfect romantic break.

Our private annexe is nestled in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just 3 miles from Chartwell and 4 miles from Sevenoaks. London Bridge is a convenient 30-minute train ride away. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, HDTV, and a well-equipped bathroom. Refreshments like coffee, tea as well as an assortment of snacks are provided for our guests. The High Street, local pub, and shops are within walking distance. Guests can park their car on-site for free.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
