Tullihas in the Trees Off-Grid Treehouse

Tullihas in the Trees is an off-grid treehouse adventure. The treehouse has no electricity, no running water, no central heating, and limited cell service. There is a composting outhouse on site and potable water is available a short distance away. The treehouse is a great place to hammock, sit around the campfire, explore trails, and unwind while glamping on a lovely wooded farm. Sleeping bags are highly recommended during the cool months. The small propane heater will only take off the chill.

Inside features a large open living room with full wooded view, plenty of seating, dining, a fully stocked kitchen, 3 cozy bedrooms and a small bunk bed room. Our home is just minutes from Dillon state park and campground, Lazy acres campground and Black Hand Gorge Nature preserve. Located between Newark and Zanesville.

It will be hard to find a more beautiful southern ohio landscape and some of the best sunsets you will ever see. If you want to get away, then you'll be right at home with 50 acre's all to yourself. This is a real cabin.....not a house in the woods. This rustic sit's tucked back 1100 feet off of a lazy country road and provides a 5 mile breath-taking view from the front porch. Close to many activities, 25 minutes to New Albany, 15 minutes to Newark, 10 minutes to Dillon State park.

A frame cabin in the woods to get away from it all. It sits in the middle of the woods a 1/4 of a mile from anyone. Lots of trails to walk on and some set up for mountain biking. has around 15 acres for hunting (bow hunting only). Use of swimming pool at our house year around just have to let us know when you would like to swim. State parks nearby Dillon, Black hand gorge. other interests near by. Couple pizza shops will deliver and some other restaurants less than 10 miles away.

Relax in the woods in this rustic & cozy Log Cabin situated on 22 acres with a creek. Guests have access to all 22 acres. Memory Foam King sized bed, and pull out sofa for extra guests. Deer and other wildlife are in abundance. Cabin is fully furnished with Stainless gas stove, Stainless refrigerator , shower, smart TV (we do not have cable, but you may connect to your cellular device ex Netflix/YouTube) Wi-Fi, microwave, coffee pot, firepit, and other necessities. 🪵 🔥 🦌 🍃

We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. Address: 36295 TR 68 Dresden. This is a one room rustic cabin that includes bunk beds for 4 persons: Propane heat, sink/water container and 2 burner propane stove, sun shower, rain barrel, outhouse, table & chairs, oil lamps, candles, dishes, silverware, pots and utensils. Enjoy the Outdoor fire ring, grill, picnic table. Some kindling wood is provided. The cabin is secluded and is located in a very peaceful and quiet setting. Enjoy the stars!
